“Of Time” is a container for multiplicity; of multiple realities that represent the macrocosm while creating conditions to examine what is alienated from the whole.

The artist as human being. The artist as embodied memory and bearer of what is possible.

This group exhibition, a first at Akhsó Gallery, examines the potentiality of the gallery as a healing space and ally; the work of curation as expression of care and of expansive solidarities. The work will range in subject matter from land/landback, personal histories, displacement, ancestral legacies and the politics of home. There are no borders–only interruptions to contact.

Given the need to increase our collective capacity in this moment, “Of Time” aims to catalyze new meaning making and is an invitation to bear witness.
