About this Event

9th Wonder & The Musalini

The Musalini is a 34 year old MC from New York City who’s been making noise in the underground since 2018 after dropping his debut mixtape Musalini Season. He would go on to release 3 full-lengths & 1 more tape before signing to TCF Music Group, where he’s made himself home since then by dropping a couple EPs & Return of the Oro in the early part of this decade. But to follow up his 38 Spesh-produced 3rd EP In God We Trust that came out over the fall, he’s enlisting 9th Wonder behind the boards throughout his 5th album.

9th Wonder, is a hip hop record producer, record executive, DJ, and rapper from North Carolina. He began his career as the main producer for the group Little Brother in Durham, North Carolina, and has also worked with Jean Grae, Wale, Murs, Buckshot, Erykah Badu, David Banner, Rapsody, and Talib Kweli. As of 2010, 9th Wonder raps under the name of 9thmatic. 9th Wonder's production often builds on samples from artists such as Al Green and Curtis Mayfield.

3AMSOUND

Originally from Raleigh North Carolina, 3amsound launched his first streaming album "Come Alive In The Night-Time" in 2018 with a string of online releases. He moved to San Bernardino California in 2015 where he refined his melodic mood infused with elements of melodic hiphop and indie rock. Inspired by the erratic thoughts that race through minds at three in the morning, 3AMSOUND articulates the roller-coasters of pain, love and hate. His music can be considered deliverance from love lost, and provides solace from a conflict-ridden night out. His music is the “chaser” to a wild night, delivering melodic trance rides breaking down the real.

Tanajah

Tanajah is an up-and-coming rapper in the North Carolina and European Hip-Hop music scene. Finding musical inspiration from Missy Elliot, J. Cole, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Jill Scott, Tanajah is known for her diverse lyrical ability and jaw-dropping sows. She was given the title “Giver of Good Vibes” by some of her fans which can be felt in every performance. Tanajah's lowkey lyricism mixed with her high-energy performances allows her to put on a show that leaves people wanting more. She recently returned from a multi-city International tour with the band Ahead.
