About this Event
Art of Living Foundation is hosting the International Day of Yoga in collaboration with the City of Brampton and the Consulate General of India in Toronto.
The theme of International Yoga Day 2023 is “Humanity.” Past themes include “Yoga for Heart,” “Yoga for Peace,” and “Yoga at Home… Yoga with Family.” Join us with your family and take part in a fun-filled event. Bring your Yoga Mat and a water bottle and take part in the free yoga session.
