Beth has created a program to help people lose weight and improve their faith lives at the same time, following the liturgical calendar and eating the way Catholics did for hundreds of years. Her program leads to transformed lives, and weight loss is the smallest of the great changes. Learn how to grow closer to Jesus, how to change the way you think about certain circumstances, and watch miracles happen. You DO NOT NEED to lose weight to gain from her insights about how to change our thought process to be holy (using a thought model based on the teachings of St. Thomas Aquinas, OP), how we look at sacrifice as holy opportunities, and how to pray and fast well.
Beth Bubik is a Certified Life and Weight Coach through The Life Coach School, and a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic. She helps hundreds of women lose weight permanently by teaching them how to Spiritually Fast in her signature program, the Delay and Pray® Group Coaching Experience. Beth hosts the weekly Delay and Pray® Podcast, which is rated in the top 2.5% world-wide.
