WEEKEND PACKAGE & ITINERARY

INDIVIDUAL FULL WEEKEND PACKAGE includes access to the following events and swag towel:

Friday, September 18, 2026

• 5:30pm - 6:55pm: Mini line dance workshop.
• 7:00pm - 2:00am: "Back in the Day" Mardi Gras theme line dance party. Catch the beat, catch the beads, catch the vibe. Plenty of fun in store for all. (light fare provided)

Saturday, September 19, 2026

• 10:00am - 12:55pm: Line dance workshops (beginner and intermediate/advance)
• 1:00pm - 5:30pm: "Afternoon Delight" line dance party (lunch buffet, showcase
  performances, tribute to Thomas Roberts, and much more).
• 6:30pm -9:00pm - OPTIONAL Part 1 activity (Tour of the City) on The Burgh Bus or
  Molley's Trolleys. Separate cost.
• 7:00pm - 9:00pm: Chicago stepping session.
• 7:00pm - 9:00pm: Cards and board games.
• 10:00pm - 2:00am: (Part 2 activity) - "Get Your Groove On" evening line dance party. Bring your swagger and let your style set the vibe. (light fare provided)

Sunday, September 20, 2026

• 10:00am - 10:45am: Worship service in the courtyard.
• 11:00am - 11:30am: Gospel line dancing.
• 11:30am - 3:30pm: Farewell brunch and line dance party.

• Friday ONLY: Mini line workshop, "Back in the Day" Mardi Gras theme line dance party, entertainment, swag towel, light fare provided. ($50/$60 after July 30).

• Saturday Full Package ONLY: Line dance workshops, "Afternoon Delight" line dance party, lunch buffet, showcases, Chicago stepping session, cards and board games, "Get Your Groove On" evening line dance party, swag towel, light fare provided. ($90/$100 after July 30).
• Saturday WORKSHOP ONLY: Beginner and intermediate/advance. ($30/$40 after
  July 30).
• Saturday DAY ONLY: Beginner and intermediate/advance workshops, "Afternoon
  Delight" line dance party, lunch buffet, tribute to Thomas Roberts, showcases, swag towel. ($60/$70 after July 30).
• Saturday NIGHT (OPTIONAL Part 1 evening activity 6:30pm-9:00pm): Option 1:
  (travel thru popular areas of the city on a party bus, BYOB (no glass), games, trivia, comedian, music, and surprises). Cost: $50/$60 after July 30; Option 2: (travel thru popular areas of the city on a 1920 style trolley; includes a ride on the ). BYOB (no glass); Cost: $45/$55 after July 30.

(You MUST be a registered guest with the Pittsburgh Line Dance Convention. If you
choose to participate in the "Part 1 evening activity", select ONE option). Pick
up/drop-off at hotel is included. Space is limited!

• Saturday NIGHT ONLY: (Part 2 activity, 10:00pm-2:00am) - "Get Your Groove On" evening line dance party. (light fare provided) $50/$60 after July 30.
