9th Annual Tri-State Cancer Survivor DayTri-State Cancer Survivor Day is a free celebration for cancer fighters, survivors, and thrivers of all ages and stages, along with their families and loved ones.
A day to step away from appointments, treatments, and side effects, and come together to celebrate survivorship, connection, and hope.

Trail of Hope Survivor Walk (1:30 PM)
One of the most powerful moments of the day.
Survivors are grouped by length of survivorship and walk together into a circle formed by family, friends, and community supporters. It’s a moving visual of the journey—where it began, where it stands today, and the hope that continues forward.
After registering, survivors will receive a commemorative race bib to decorate with their cancer type and length of survivorship. These are worn during the walk as a personal tribute to their journey.
