This journey of deep mouth breathing and layers of sound, leads you to an exquisite somatic release. This is on the form of a scream. You have the permission to make noise, to take up space. The freedom to release any pent-up anger, rage and unprocessed emotions.

Through a continuous flow of deep mouth breathing, you will gradually enter a Theta brainwave state. This state quiets the prefrontal cortex and diminishes the influence of limiting thoughts, allowing access to your subconscious realm.
When you are in Theta you will find new ideas, new concepts, new empowering thoughts to replace any unconscious limiting beliefs, self sabotage and negative thoughts that might be holding you back.

Please don't have a heavy meal 1 hour (preferably 2) before the journey.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants. Please take note of the following details:
Refunds: Refunds are only available if you cancel your ticket more than 7 days prior to the event. However, please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, as they are separate charges incurred by the ticketing platform.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets can be transferred to the next available event within a two-week window, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the event. Transfer requests made less than 12 hours before the event will not be accommodated.
Waitlist: If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, we will make every effort to sell your ticket through our waitlist. However, we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be resold, and refunds in this case are not guaranteed.
Cost Consideration : Our cancellation policy reflects the advanced costs we incur when organizing and staging each event. These costs include planning, advertising, food and drink arrangements, and supplies.
