Grief & Loss is a deeply restorative 77-minute breathwork experience designed to help you process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance. Using a powerful blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, guided coaching, and immersive soundscapes, this session supports you through the natural cycle of grieving, allowing you to fully feel, express, and transform your pain.
As you breathe, you'll move through waves of emotion
-letting go of sorrow while embracing love, wisdom, and inner peace. A final breath-hold and cathartic release allow for a full emotional purge, creating space for healing and renewal.
The session closes with a soothing integration phase, anchoring peace, acceptance, and self-compassion deep into your heart. You will leave feeling lighter, supported, and deeply connected to the wisdom within you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
-Loose comfortable clothing
-Pillows, blankets, bolsters and anything else to make yourself comfortable lying down for over an hour on your back
-An open mind
-Prayers: give this to God as He is ready for you!
