Gently encouraging you to look at the parts of yourself that you may have abandoned and left in the basement of your shadows along the way.
A beautiful group journey starting with ceremonial cacao to help us drop into our hearts, soften the edges and surrender to the flow.
This journey is definitely not for the faint of heart. It will gently encourage you to look at the parts of yourself that you may have abandoned and left in the basement of your shadows along the way.
By partaking in this journey, you will come out the other side feeling a sense of deep connection with yourself, a renewed perspective on your self image and life and a deeper love for yourself.
This experience is ideally suited for those who have difficulty deeply connecting with themselves due to the lingering effects of a traumatised inner child that wasn’t seen or held in the process of coping with life's challenges. This lack of presence has caused fragmentation, leading to disconnection, avoidance, anxious attachment, and other issues in life and relationships.

-Breathing and reconnecting with fragmented parts of your younger self for liberation and a deepened sense of self-awareness.
-You will be exploring your edge through the breath and fully surrendering to connecting with your inner child through powerful visualisation.
-Confront and heal past emotional pain and unlock personal growth through embracing your childhood wounds and reconnecting with those fragmented parts of yourself that you may have abandoned.
-You will be healing your inner child wounds with self-compassion and love.
-Observing and creating a gentle connection with your child self with empathy and compassion and creating safety for your younger self·
-Practice empathy and offer reassurance to your hurt or disconnected inner child to reconnect with those fragments of yourself on a deep personal level.
-You will be able to guide your inner child to a safe healing place where you can tend to your inner child's needs to make them feel safe and nurtured.
-You will also welcome your inner child back into your present moment, showing them your safe and loving environment, and prioritising their needs above others.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants. Please take note of the following details:
Refunds: Refunds are only available if you cancel your ticket more than 7 days prior to the event. However, please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, as they are separate charges incurred by the ticketing platform.
Waitlist: If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, we will make every effort to sell your ticket through our waitlist. However, we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be resold, and refunds in this case are not guaranteed.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets can be transferred to the next available event within a two-week window, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the event. Transfer requests made less than 24 hours before the event will not be accommodated.

These costs include planning, advertising, food and drink arrangements, and supplies.
