Theme: “Library Fair Eras 1931-2024”Celebrate the many eras of Woodstock history since our first library fair in 1931.
Live Music, Beer & Wine, Food, Clothing & Book Sale, Kids Fun (expanded bounce house & water slide park, face painting, hat making) on “Forever Green” Library Lawn!
Choose Your Own Adventure:
Find a deal in the Book Barn — Eat Food, Drink Beer & Wine — Listen to live music all day — Win raffle prizes — Get cool library merch — Slide down a bouncy water slide — Jump in Bounce House — Paint your face — Make a hat — Make art — Buy a new wardrobe in the Clothing Tent — March in the Children’s Costume Parade — Dance around the Maypole

Volunteer opportunities
GENERAL, FAIR WEEK
Volunteers needed: set up work including painting, lifting, placement of tents chairs and tables
CHILDREN’S AREA
Volunteers needed:
Face Painting (at least 2 artists), set up/breakdown, bounce house attendants, Parade coordinator
BOOK BARN
Volunteers needed: cashiers on fair day and sorters anytime starting now
FOOD AREA
Volunteers needed: food prep, picking up donations, grill work, set up/break down, cashiers, making food on fair day
GREAT EXPECTATIONS RAFFLE
Volunteers needed: sell raffle tickets at Farm Festival, Maverick, Sunflower, etc. before Fair, ticket sales at Fair
MONEY ROOM
Volunteers needed: money counters on fair day
CLOTHING SALES
Volunteers needed: sorting clothes, set up/breakdown, cashier on fair day
FRONT GATE
Volunteers needed: collect $ @ gate
MERCHANDISE
Volunteers needed: set up/break down, cashier at table
DECOR/AMBIENCE
Volunteers needed: set up/breakdown, construct decor and decorate lawn
