This is the very first public investigation ever to take place in the Meux Home.We are often asked, “Is it haunted?” Now you can come and decide for yourself! Bring a flashlight and your equipment (some basic equipment is available for loan). This is an authentic investigation NEVER before done on the property. You will be guided through the 1st and 2nd floors of the house and the Carriage House (55 minutes each) by experienced investigators.
911 Paranormal Rescue Fresno will be hosting a 4-hour tour for a limited number of guests. This is a PRE-PURCHASE ONLY event!!! Call or TEXT 559-392-4442 to reserve your spot.
Saturday, Oct 19, 8 PM to 12 AM. (Arrive at 7:30 PM; gates will be locked with no entry after 8 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.) This is a CLEAN AND SOBER EVENT (If we suspect drugs or alcohol, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund) Once locked in, the gates will not reopen until midnight. No smoking on premises.
The Meux Home Museum is an 1889 home built by Dr. Thomas Meux for his family. He and his wife lived there until their passing in the 1920s. From 1920 to the 1970s, their youngest daughter, Ann, lived in the home alone. After Ann's passing, the house was empty and fell into disrepair. Eventually, it was refurbished and now stands as a Fresno city park and NON Profit Museum.
ALL Proceeds from this event go to the Meux Home Museum, a non profit organization.
The cost of the Halloween event is $100 per person, ages 16 and over (under 18 must be accompanied by a paid parent). *** Please be aware that this event will require standing or sitting on the floor as well as the ability to climb and descend 1 flight of stairs. All participants must sign a waiver of liability to participate.
