Holding gentle postures for 3-5 minutes, you'll experience profound relaxation while tapping into complete tranquility. Enhancing this journey are two skilled massage therapists, ready to elevate your experience with their expertise. As you unwind, savor the essence of the room and soothing aromatherapy, enveloping you in a cocoon of serenity. The healing energy of Reiki will also be incorporated to enhance your relaxation and balance your mind, body, and spirit.
To make the most of your experience, please remember to bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and feel free to bring along a blanket for extra coziness. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time and have the online waiver filled out beforehand.
