⏰️PLAN ON BEING HERE FOR CLOSE TO 2 HOURS TOTAL⏰️This 90 minute session includes a kriya yoga-style guided breathwork meditation accompanied by gentle yin yoga & an immersive sound bath shavasana. With this trifecta of modalities, you will take a journey of self-discovery and exploration via stillness and breath, which can result in a feeling of deep relaxation and immeasurable connection to Self and the ever-present moment of now.
The gentle, kriya yoga style breathwork will kickstart your mind, body, spirit connection and lasts approximately 20 minutes.
Yin yoga involves slow movements with deep stretching. No experience is required. I offer sandbag assists, heated stones, Himalayan bowl sonic-vibrational treatments, & weighted tuning fork sonic-puncture treatments.
The extended shavasana is a sound bath in which you will be enveloped in sounds, frequencies and vibrations from gongs, himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rainsticks, chimes, rattles and more.
The session includes optional aromatherapy & the use of a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, blocks, yoga strap & eye mask. Feel free to bring your own yoga props.
BRING: Socks & hydration to assist in your utmost comfort level.
