During these times of uncertainty and stress it is more important than ever to look after ourselves and connect.During this 90-minute journey, let the harmonious blend of various sounds and frequencies resonate through your body, easing you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
The vibrations of the instruments used in this journey will help release any tension and negative emotions, allowing you to feel lighter and more connected to your inner self.
A longer session enables your entire being to fully relax and be open to receiving the benefits of the sound vibrations so you can go even deeper into your experience.
Bathe yourself in the sounds of the gong and singing bowls as their frequency and energy will allow you to stay in a meditative state during the session.
We will tune into the energetics of these times and open up to receiving.
For cleansing, healing, aligning, & balancing the subtle body energy system; and releasing physical, emotional & mental blockages.
During these sessions you can be sitting or laying down; there is no need to do anything other than being in the room!
