A quiet, structured 90-minute session for people who have a hard time slowing down before sleep.This is not therapy, medical treatment, yoga, or a discussion group.
We will use simple guided pacing, stillness, light movement, and quiet structure to help the body settle.
No prior experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing. No yoga mat is needed.
