The breathwork portion integrates patterns of guided breathing segments, music, and optional vibrational assists. I intuitively utilize Himalayan bowls & weighted tuning forks on energy centers & pressure points of the body. Along with Shamanic drumming, these treatments can significantly help move and release any “stuck” energy to enhance your journey...
This session features extensive drumming on and around the body, Native American flutes, singing, rattles, shakers, rain sticks, and intention. Treat yourself to the benefits of Theta brainwave state, frequencies, and physical tactile healing vibrations.
