90-Minute Healing Sound Bath

Let the healing sounds of sacred instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more, carry you through the cosmos. You will emerge energetically aligned and refreshed, having set a powerful new intention supported by the energy of the healing vibrations of sound.

Participants will be lying on the floor for this event, so please bring any items that would enhance your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing your favorite pillow, yoga blanket, eye mask/pillow, or personal sacred talismans or crystals.

**Please plan on arriving ~10 minutes before the event to sign a waiver and settle in. In order to respect the time and experience of all participants, entry will not be permitted once the Sound Bath has begun.
