Cost: £30 per person
Discover TRE®, a gentle, body-based practice that uses seven simple movements to activate your body’s natural, innate shaking reflex. This mechanism is designed to release pent-up stress, tension, and trauma, helping to regulate your nervous system and turn off cortisol.
Regular practice can lower anxiety, improve sleep, ease pain, and boost flexibility and resilience. No experience or fitness level is required!
Join this 90-minute workshop to explore how TRE® can become a powerful, calming tool in your self-care toolkit. In a safe, supported, small-group setting (max 10 people), you will learn to release deep muscular patterns and restore balance. Participants often leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and peaceful.
