9-Week Nervous System Reset
Coming back into your own container
This offering is for people who feel overstimulated, scattered, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and don’t know why.
For people who have done a lot of work, a lot of healing, a lot of “trying,” yet still don’t feel settled inside their own body.
This is not therapy.
It is not performance-based healing.
It is not about pushing through, breaking open, or reliving anything.
This is about learning how to be safe inside yourself again.
Over nine weeks, we slowly and gently guide the nervous system back into alignment. Not by forcing regulation, but by teaching the body how to recognize safety, choice, and coherence again. Many nervous systems today are not broken, they are simply living outside their own containers, constantly responding to external pressure, urgency, and threat.
This reset is about coming home.
We start by stabilizing the system so it can rest.
We then allow the body to repattern without overwhelm.
And finally, we integrate so regulation becomes something you live from, not something you have to manage.
There is no rush here.
No requirement to share more than you want.
No expectation to be anything other than where you are.
You’ll learn how to:
• Recognize when your nervous system is out of alignment
• Return to your body without force or collapse
• Feel grounded, present, and resourced in daily life
• Hold boundaries without tension
• Trust your internal signals again
This work supports people who feel anxious, shut down, hyper-aware, emotionally flooded, or constantly “on.” It also supports those who feel numb, disconnected, or unsure how to land back into themselves.
Most importantly, this is for people who are ready to stop living outside themselves and begin inhabiting their own system again.
By the end of nine weeks, the goal is not perfection.
The goal is coherence.
A nervous system that knows where it belongs.
A body that feels like a safe place to live.
