#9 Creative Wellbeing Space: To Be Heard, To Hear

✨ A creative workshop about listening, communication and meaningful connection.
When was the last time you felt truly heard — without being interrupted, fixed or advised?
And how often do we listen while already preparing what we want to say next?
In this workshop, we will gently explore what it means to listen with presence, curiosity and care — not only to words, but also to what may be expressed through body language, silence, gestures and emotions.

– space without pressure
– meaning without expectation

Through guided reflection and creative exploration, we will create space to:

💬 explore what helps us feel truly heard
🧠 notice our habits as listeners
🎨 use images and creative interpretation to explore communication beyond words
🤍 reflect and share in a calm, welcoming space
No artistic experience is needed.
