This ain't your kids Kraft mac & cheese! We're taking it up a notch and making our own versions of a high-class mac and cheese that will put the box stuff to shame. We'll be making macaroni and cheese from scratch while pairing it with different types of wine. The participants will take home all the leftovers - whatever doesn't get "sampled" in class. Level: Beginner
