UPSTAR YPN invites all members to join in honoring first responders and all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.On this 24th anniversary, we’ll gather with local first responders to pay tribute to their service and sacrifice. Families and children are welcome—bring everyone to share in this moment of remembrance.
