Good evening ladies, we are booked for December 4th, 2021at Olde World Restaurant in North Port. The owners are graciously hosting us this year with a maximum of 90 ladies. Reservation for seats is still $25 per person. ALL money is due no later than November 28, 2021. We have limited seating available. You can message me for mailing address or any questions.
A few points to keep everyone informed, we are working on baskets and raffles. If you know of anyone who would like to contribute, please let me know. We are always looking for bags, boxes, tissue paper and basket stuffing. Along with gift cards/certificates, raffle items, hand made gifts and door prizes. Everyone always leaves with a gift thanks to contributors. Each person who attends and donates, receives a free raffle ticket for the Chinese Auction.
CHINESE AUCTION: Tickets are 6/$5 or $1 per ticket. Please only cash or check. If you know how many tickets you would like in advance, I will place aside in envelope. This will help move line quickly. Choose which raffle suits your fancy, place half the ticket into bag and then cross your fingers the Christmas angels pick your ticket. Remeber to keep your other half.
ORNAMENT EXCHANGE: Bring a wrapped ornament. Need help deciding which ornament to buy or where to go? Michael's, Hobby Lobby and Kirkland's have a great selection. Choose something you wouldn't mind receiving. On the day of the event, place wrapped Ornament on designated table.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 to 30 mins early to check in and purchase raffle tickets. I hope yo have a much smoother and efficient process than previous years.
