Come join us for the BIGGEST Elk Event of the year with boiled crawfish and the fixings AND PLEASE INVITE YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND ANYONE INTERESTED IN SEEING WHAT THE ELKS IS ABOUT.Saturday, March 22nd, 2025
Lodge will open @ 11AM
Crawfish and food will begin being served about 1pm – 5pm or as long as it takes to cook them all. (Outside)(Please try refrain from taking the crawfish into the lodge to help with clean up.) If you have not been to a boil before; we will dump crawfish into coolers and have scoops to plate. Everyone stands around eats and fellowships. Larger platters are available for sale for your use.
Sides include corn on the cob, red potatoes, onions, sausage, mushrooms, and chicken legs etc.

We will also have other food available including,lots of boiled shrimp, Bill's famous Sausage jambalaya, multiple famous Smoked BBQ Briskets and a plethora of pulled pork, hot dogs and many side dishes, for those that do not want crawfish.We will also have a couple of Grilled Stuffed Whole Alligators for your sampling pleasure.Wear your Mardi Gras clothes and Laissez les bons temps rouler$40 AYCE FOR MEMBERS $45 NON-MEMBERS WITH TICKET PURCHASE PRIOR TO SUNDAY, MARCH 9TH, 2024.$25 FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO EAT CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP BUT DOES WANT TO PARTAKE OF ALL THE OTHER FOOD AND SIDE ITEMSPURCHASE TICKETS FROM CRAWFISH COMMITTEE PERSONNEL AND THE BARTENDERS, AND PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU TO GET A WRISTBAND FOR THE EVENT.ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO PROPERTY. ANYONE BRINGING ALCOHOL ONTO THE PREMISE WILL HAVE IT CONFISCATED AND YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE. WE WILL HAVE BEER, HURRICANES AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR CASH AND COUPONS ON THE DECK AS WELL AS SOFT DRINKS AND BOTTLED WATER.PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIRS TO USE OUTSIDE.WE WILL HAVE LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY OUTSIDE AND SCOTT MOORE'S KARAOKE THAT EVENING INSIDE SO WEAR YOUR DANCING SHOES.SPECIAL OF THE DAY - ORIGINAL N.O. Lots of food, fun and fellowship.Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any events for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks, Grapevine Elks, Lodge #2483, any of their members or Employees whether or not such claims arise from the negligence of any of the said parties. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules. Failure to comply with laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility rules and acknowledges illegal substances are not permitted on premises. Ticket must be presented at gate for admission and wristband must be worn and visible at all times. No outside beverages allowed on premises. No beverages may be removed from premises. I.D.s will be checked and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. No weapons allowed. Grapevine Elks Lodge is a private organization and ALL guest must sign the registry upon entry. "Unaffiliated" Members and Members not in "Good Standing" shall not purchase tickets and will be asked to leave without refund. NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS INCLUDING RAIN, SNOW, ICE, FORCE MEJEURE OR COVID etc.No dogs or other pets allowed inside our facility or courtyard at any time. This includes emotional support, companion and therapy animals. Beginning March 15, 2011, only dogs are recognized as service animals. Only leashed, tethered or harnessed guide dogs, signal dogs and service dogs as defined by Title II and III of the American with Disabilities Act Service animals that are specifically individually trained to do work or assist a person with a disability are welcome, but they must remain in full control at all time or will be asked to be removed from the premises.
