81Expressions presents, The 81 “TOP DOG GAMES”, sponsored by Stocks General Contractors. The First annual Youth Football Tournament in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia off the corridor of Interstate 81. Competitive Age Groups will be:
8U, 9U, 11U and 13U.
Age cut off as of July 1, 2024.
Every team is guaranteed 2 games. One team in each division may receive a first round BYE.
There will be two 22 minute running half’s with Regular clock play with 3 minutes left in each half. Losers have the chance to bounce back for a chance at the Championship.
Special Teams:
All Kickoff & Kick Returns Are Live for 11u and 13u Divisions.
The 8u & 9u Divisions will start play on there own 35 Yard Line.
All Extra Points Are Live.
(9u, 11u & 13u)- Kicks are worth 2 Points
Conversions are worth 1 Point
(8U) - 1 Point Conversion From 3 Yard Line
2 Point Conversion From 10 Yard Line
All Punts are LIVE for 11u & 13u
Punts for 8u & 9u will be walked off 30 Yards.

Championship Sunday (15th) will be played at Musselman High School. The 8u will finish Saturday evening with Championship Game @ Mosby. 9U and 13U loser bracket semi final games will be played at Musselman High Field.
