80s Summer Camp Themed Immersive Yoga

Drop into an immersive yoga experience. Step back in time to your 1980s summer camp. Enter this immersive world of neon colors and vintage nostalgia…and it is here we will drop into an 80’s music yoga flow adventure. Yoga to be followed by curated 80’s summer camp beverages.

SunSouth yoga classes are all levels, and flow based. Our teachers emphasis creative dancy yoga transitions, rooted in a music driven experience. Our philosophy is to provide people with a chance to get out of our head and into our bodies to drop in and also to enjoy the moment. All of our teachers mindfully cue alignment for the health of our bodies with a goal of everyone leaving feeling a little or a lot better than when they came in.

Please bring your own yoga mat. We have a limited few mats for those that forget on a first come first serve basis.
