80s Stranger Things Themed Hula Hoop Class for Adults

This class is a total vibe! It’s a workout, therapy and a party all rolled into one! Learn tricks, improve coordination, tone your abs, burn calories, gain strength AND have a blast at our Hula Hoop Classes for adults!

This class is 80s Stranger Things Themed! Hula Hoop through all your favorite 80s songs from the Stranger Things soundtrack and more 80s hits!

And OF COURSE we encourage you to dress in Stranger Things and 80s inspired workout attire for the class! The more color and sparkle the better! Be ready to sweat... but also sparkle!

After our special hoop fabulous warmup guests will learn basic hula hooping skills.

Then we will progress onto learning hula hoop tricks. The highlight of the class is in a Freestyle fun jam at the end of class where we turn the disco lights on and guests can rock out with hula hoop to the themed music of the class!

This class is more like a high energy dance party with hula hoops!

And, be sure to stick around after class to feel like a star as you take photos against our Instagram colorful backgrounds!

Hula hoops are provided (class admission includes hoop rental).
