Cancellation Policy

• Fully Refundable: Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance, by September 20 at 11:59 PM. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
• Partial Refund: After September 20, tickets will be refunded at 50%. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
• Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
• Ticket Transfers: To transfer your ticket to someone else, please email us at [email protected] using the email associated with the registered ticket to confirm.
