8 weeks - Dates: May 20th - July 15th
$50 per session for 8 weeks or $350 if paid in full (one week no fee for payment up front)

This group has been designed to support women at all stages of separation and divorce. It aims to provide a safe and structured space to process the emotional impact of separation and divorce, to identify and express complex emotions associated with divorce, meaningfully grieve the relationship individually with the support of one another, and rebuild the self and strengthen each woman’s emotional regulation skills during this time of need. Additionally, this group encourages decision making, boundaries, belonging, validation, and empowerment. Each woman is encouraged to participate at her own comfort level.
