Embark on a Rare Culinary Journey: 8-Hand Dinner at Shang Palace
Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi presents an exclusive gastronomic experience in a remarkable 8-hand dinner at Shang Palace.
For two nights only, four of Shangri-La’s master chefs of Chinese cuisine will unite for a truly extraordinary evening, offering an eight-course set menu that seamlessly blends heritage with innovation. This collaborative dinner is part of a prestigious series spanning Shang Palace locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah, and Istanbul.
Savour signature dishes crafted by four master chefs:
- Chef Qiguo Su – Sichuan specialist from Abu Dhabi, known for his refined Peking Duck
- Chef Peter Lau Chee Wei – From Dubai, fusing Cantonese, Teochew, Malaysian, and Singaporean influences
- Chef Cheng Lu – Dim sum and seafood virtuoso from Istanbul with over 30 years of experience
- Chef Sky Wong Kum Choy – Jeddah’s pioneer of modern Chinese cuisine, blending tradition with global flair

Together, the four chefs will craft a menu that highlights signature creations including Crystal Pink Lobster Dumplings, Crispy Duck Wrap with Foie Gras and Caviar; King Crab with Caviar, Spinach and Shredded Tofu Broth amongst other delicacies.
