Rejection is a part of life. It's also a part of business. Anyone who has done anything great in life has been knocked down a million times and been rejected a ton too. Most people are not equipped to deal with rejection. After all, we're never taught how to properly deal with rejection in a way that soothes our Soul and how to rise through it! (Most of our parents don't know how to deal with rejection either, so where is anyone supposed to learn? The answer is through this training!). After getting rejected, once, twice, a million times, most people curl up into a ball, get upset, depressed, start to pity themselves, feel defeated, get bitter, and sooner or later, decide they are a loser, been given a bad lot in life, and give up. After all, being rejected feels horrible! Instead of being excited about themselves and their lives, people's dreams end up being abandoned and they settle for a boring life, never reaching too far out of their comfort zone for fear of more rejection and disappointment. In this leadership, success, and resiliency training, you and your staff/members, will learn how to look at "getting rejected" in a new way, how to master it, and keep rising. And because of this, your employees/members will start to win at everything in life! Through this training, your employees/members of your organization will learn the gifts of rejection which include resiliency, surrender, detachment, connecting with your higher Self and more. This is not about ignoring your feelings and muscling through, as many do, but it's about learning how to step into higher levels of consciousness and developing and working with your Soul to become a better version of you.
