Gail Hennessy with Lead to Read is our guest presenter. Gail is the sitE coordinator at James Elementary and will introduce several readers from our community.
Larry Taft with Central Bank has read for seven years and Gary Goebel with Kiwanis and the NEKC Chamber started reading two years ago. They will share their experiences with us.
Learn more about Lead to Read's mentor reading program that recruits volunteers for James Elementary, Frontier Innovation and Guadalupe Center, all located in the Historic Northeast.
"Our Mission is to support the social, emotional and reading skills that are foundational to student success by advancing our literacy platform and mobilizing community volunteers."
