Join us in sacred space for an evening of mindful intention and deep energetic renewal as we honor the grounding and clarifying energy of the New Moon in Virgo with a nourishing Cacao Ceremony and a soothing 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath.The Virgo New Moon invites us to align with our inner wisdom, cleanse what no longer serves, and set intentions rooted in clarity, integrity, and self-care. It’s a time to refine your vision, reconnect with your purpose, and plant seeds for tangible, aligned growth.
We'll begin with a gentle intention-setting ritual inspired by Virgo’s earthy, intuitive energy. Each guest will receive a cup of ceremonial-grade organic cacao and be invited to pull an oracle card to receive a message of support and guidance for this lunar cycle. As we sip together in quiet reflection, we’ll call in Virgo’s healing spirit to help clear mental clutter and return to what truly matters.
Then, lie back and receive the restorative frequencies of a 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, with an emphasis on the solar plexus and third eye chakras—centers of intuition, discernment, and empowered action. Virgo teaches us to be both practical and intuitive, and this sound journey will help harmonize body, mind, and spirit, releasing tension and restoring inner balance.
Cacao enhances clarity and connection, opening the heart and supporting emotional release. When paired with sound healing, it creates a sacred experience of purification, peace, and soul alignment.

Crissy Hester is a seasoned spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, and sound practitioner with over two decades of experience in personal transformation and holistic wellness. Her work is rooted in mindfulness, energy healing, and spiritual insight—infused with compassion, humor, and a deeply grounded sense of purpose.
Crissy began her journey into meditation and healing over 20 years ago, turning inward during a time of personal loss after the passing of her brother and both parents. What began as a path to self-healing evolved into a lifelong vocation. As her practice deepened, even her own teachers began turning to her for insight and encouragement, ultimately inspiring her to step into the role of teacher and guide.
She has worked with hundreds of clients across the Atlanta area and beyond, offering private sessions, classes, workshops, and large group events. Crissy is an ordained minister, Reiki Master, psychic medium, certified life coach, and a highly trained meditation instructor with certifications in sound healing, hypnosis, arts therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Her studies include training with renowned teachers such as Tara Brach, Byron Katie, Jonathan Foust, and Dr. Brian Weiss, as well as advanced consciousness studies through The Monroe Institute and The Silva Method. She has also attended silent meditation retreats for over two decades.
Since 2015, Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center, where she continues to offer her gifts as both a healer and teacher.
Known for her deeply intuitive and heart-centered approach, Crissy blends ancient wisdom with practical tools, guiding clients through spiritual awakening, emotional healing, and manifestation. She incorporates crystal singing bowls, chakra balancing, guided visualizations, angelic guidance, and messages from the spirit realm in her sessions.
Whether through one-on-one work or leading transformational sound baths, Crissy empowers others to connect with their inner truth, release what no longer serves, and awaken their authentic power. Her work bridges the gap between science and spirit, creating a healing experience that is profound, joyful, and deeply personal.
