Take a trip to the coast of Southern Italy without leaving the kitchen! In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the bright, bold flavors of regions like Sicily, Calabria, and Campania—where citrus, seafood, fresh herbs, and garden vegetables shine. You’ll learn techniques rooted in tradition while preparing a summery menu that’s light, flavorful, and perfect for warm-weather dining. Mangiamo!

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!

• Caponata (Eggplant Spread) with Crusty Bread
• Green Beans and Orange Salad
• Linguine con Vongole (Linguine with Clams)
• Sicilian Lemon Cannoli
