Guess what!?! We are incorporating breathwork pre-walk to reallystart the day off with a howl! (so bring a blanket or yoga mat)
What is a Wild Woman Walk? You may be asking yourself.
Walking in nature & uniting as women runs deep within our souls.
A Wild Woman is one who is highly evolved, intuitive, connected, & protective when need be.
She is a lifelong learner and accepts the cycles of life. She shows up authentically & boldly. She embraces herself, as she is.
She is creative, passionate, & lives life on her own terms. "She" is YOU!
On this walk, you are invited to think/speak only:

~WHAT/WHO INSPIRES YOU
~WHAT/WHO YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR
The goal is to train your mind & emotions to recognize the unique greatness within and around you.
Connecting with an uplifting community can improve your sense of belonging & well-being, reduce the risk of mental health issues, lower heart disease mortality, and contribute to better overall health.
A walking routine can extend your life, improve circulation, strengthen your muscles & bones, improve your sleep, support your joints, slow mental decline, support healthy weight loss, & improve your sleep.
Join Brittany Cano & Mindi Fetterman for our 7th Wild Woman Walk.
When: January 11th at 8 am
Where: "The Patio" in Palm City under the large gazebo (near Sorelle Coffee Co)
Wear comfortable walking clothes & tennis shoes. Bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, and bottled water.
The walk is 0.7 miles around the pond.
Join us at Sorelle Coffee Co. after, to continue our Wild Woman Adventures.
