E B PREC and 7th Street Thrives invite you to a special event hosted at the historical Esther's Orbit Room in Oakland, CA. Get ready for an electrifying day of beautification, community, food, and celebration on 7th Street.
7th Street Beautification Walk : 1724 7th Street Oakland, CA
Join us to help us beautify & revive the 7th street cultural corridor vision by hosting a light clean up and honoring the historically black owned business district in West Oakland!
Arrive on time (10am) | street parking available yet limited | Dress comfortably for walking | bring a hat | Prepare for clean up | Bring refillable water bottle | Cleaning Supplies will be provided | Bring stories to share about 7th street | End our day with good food!

Background: EB PREC is a multi-stakeholder real estate cooperative in the East Bay. Through our membership structure, our community is able to acquire and revitalize properties like Esther's Orbit Room. We host Happy Hours to bring light back to this space with the community to be involved in the overall design.
