The Martha’s Vineyard Film Society is excited to present our 7th annual Women In Film Festival (WIFF), running from October 17-19, 2025 at the MV Film Center. WIFF is a celebration of women in film: both in front of and behind the camera. This festival features stories that have not usually been told from a woman’s perspective.BUY AN ALL ACCESS PASS HERE:

Although women make up over half the country’s population, less than 20 percent of film directors are female. Women make up a minority of film producers, composers, editors, and writers. WIFF seeks to shed a light on the work of female creators.
On the big screen, WIFF will include six films featuring female characters who break the mold in as many genres as possible.
WIFF seeks to empower moviegoers through screenings and panels that will turn an authentic spotlight on women in the industry. The festival will include a diverse selection of films in an effort to bring visibility and allow unheralded voices to showcase their art.
