This year, the 7th Annual Back The Blue Ohio Rally is dedicated to the memory of Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Nicholas P. Cayton, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
On Saturday, September 26th, 2026, we invite you to join us on the Canfield Green as we come together to honor his life, support his loved ones, and stand with the families of fallen law enforcement officers.
