7K Distillery have been paving their way in the amazing Tasmanian distilling scene over the last few years. Their innovation, sustainability and quality approach to producing fine spirits is making them one of the hottest young distilleries in the game. We are very excited to present a 7K Whisky Masterclass – the first of its kind on the mainland of Australia. We have been working closely with 7K over the last year to save up a couple of their exceptional releases to put together a tasting highlighting everything it is that makes 7K tick. Joining us in the Casa de Vinos Lounge for the masterclass will be 7K Spirits Production Manger and very good friend of the house Tom Rofe. With 5 x 15ml 7K Spirits early release whiskies in the line up and a few other surprises planned for the night this is certainly one not to be missed.
