7K Distillery have been paving their way in the Tasmanian distilling scene over the last few years. Their innovation, sustainability and quality approach to producing fine spirits is making them one of the hottest young distilleries in the game. We are very excited to present a 7K Gin Masterclass – the first of its kind on the mainland of Australia. We will be trying their delicious Aqua Vitae Gin, Raspberry Gin, Dry Chilli gin and some other special releases as we work through and unpack everything that makes 7K tick. We are lucky enough to be joined in the lounge for the tasting by 7K Distillery Production Manager Tom Rofe to help us work through their range of exceptional gins.
