🍂This fall, the 78th annual Gazette-Mail Kanawha County Majorette and Band Festival returns to Laidley Field in Charleston on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025!

🥁Bands from all eight public high schools in Kanawha County will perform beginning at 6:30 p.m., with special guest, Marshall University’s “Marching Thunder.”

🎟️Advance tickets will be on sale at Gorby’s Music in South Charleston for $8. Tickets may be purchased at Laidley Field on the day of the festival for $10.00. Proceeds from ticket and program sales will be equally divided between the eight participating Kanawha County Schools senior high school band programs.
