For more than 75 years, Bal d’Hiver has honored the legacy of women who uplift our community with purpose, service, and distinction. In 2026, we celebrate another year rooted in tradition, yet boldly shaped by the changemakers of today. You are cordially invited to the 76th Anniversary of Bal d'Hiver, Nashville's oldest charity gala on November 21...
As a Guest, the Evening Includes:
- Welcome glass of bubbly
- Seated, multi-course dinner with curated entrée options
- Dessert and coffee bar
- Cash bar with signature cocktails and mocktails
- Silent auction benefiting local and national causes
- Celebration program recognizing women across generations
- Dancing and music at the official After Party in the City Club Study (onsite, beginning at 9 PM)
Honoring Women of Impact
Bal d’Hiver 2026 proudly features two reimagined gala honoree groups:
- The Sisterhood Society – a formal induction of upperclassmen collegiate women who exemplify sisterhood and philanthropic service into a community of servant leaders and introduction to the gala attendees of each young woman (Nashville locals and/or Kappa Alpha Thetas from around the country)
- The Rising Kite Award – recognizing a young woman under 40 who demonstrates leadership and impact in the Nashville community (shortlisted nominees will be announced and recognized as well)
Diamond VIP Table Sponsorship – $1,250
Elevate your evening with a full-table experience for 8 guests, featuring:
- Preferred table with the best seats in the ballrom
- A complimentary cocktail, beer, or wine per guest with dinner
- Business or individual name displayed on the table
- Verbal recognition during the program and on Instagram @baldhiver
- Concierge service for guest names and entrée selection and questions ahead of gala
- No eventbrite fees at check out
Dinner Entrée Options
You’ll be prompted to select one entrée per guest after checkout. If reserving a table, our concierge team will contact you the first week of November to collect all names and meal preferences.

Getting There
The Nashville City Club is located downtown with the following transportation options:
- $8 Validated parking is available at the adjacent 222 Garage
- Private valet services are available across the street at the Four Seasons Hotel
- Rideshare drop-off is encouraged for convenience

- Family & Children’s Services
- Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation – supporting need-based and merit-based grants and scholarships
