About this Event
The Laveen Community Council is excited to host the 73rd Annual Laveen BBQ at the beautiful Cesar Chavez Park on Saturday, February 22, 2025. With its expansive open spaces, the park will be the perfect setting for a fun-filled day as over 4,000 attendees gather to savor, celebrate, and enjoy! We’ll be serving up a delicious variety of food and drinks, live music, and more than 100 local vendors offering everything from unique crafts to essential services. A dedicated fun zone will feature activities for all ages, and this year, we’re bringing back the mechanical bull! Thanks to your support and participation, we’re offering fun activities such as face painting, crafts, yard games, and more!
This isn’t just an event – it’s Laveen’s largest and most beloved community gathering!
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all proceeds from the BBQ go directly back into the Laveen community. Each year, we provide scholarships to local high school graduates, fund various youth, school, and community activities, and host events that bring us together. The Laveen BBQ is an excellent opportunity to increase visibility and support for your business while connecting with the heart of our community.
The Laveen BBQ offers a unique platform for residents, both local and from beyond, to come together and celebrate our shared identity and way of life.
