As part of our 70th Anniversary Celebration Week, we are thrilled to host our very first Craft Show on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This event will bring together local artisans, and small business vendors, to showcase unique crafts, traditional clothing, accessories, and more. Booth spaces measure 10’x10’ and are positioned directly adjacent to other crafters, so all displays and setups must remain within these boundaries to ensure a smooth and organized event.
Crafter registration is open now, with a fee of $35 if you bring your own table. If you prefer a table provided by the YMCA, the fee is $45, but please note that tables are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To help crafters prepare, we are offering early setup on Saturday, October 4 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, and additional setup time beginning Sunday, October 5 at 7:00 AM, prior to the event.
Because space is limited and we want to maintain the event’s vision and community spirit, the Monroe Family YMCA reserves the right to deny any vendor application that does not fit the overall theme, conflicts with existing sponsors, or if the event becomes oversubscribed. Information regarding payment will be sent once your application is approved. You may drop off your payment at the front desk or mail it in.
Important Reminders for All Crafters:
You must be committed to staying for the entire duration of the event (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
All crafters are responsible for removing their trash and leaving their booth area clean.
The Monroe Family YMCA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.
