7-Week Beginner Japanese Course

In this beginner level course, students will build a strong foundation in Japanese by exploring Romaji, Hiragana, and Katakana, while learning basic numbers, counting, common greetings, and polite expressions. They’ll also practice creating simple sentences, giving them the confidence to begin reading, writing, and communicating in Japanese. By the end of the course, students will be ready to introduce themselves and others and enjoy simple everyday conversations in Japanese!
The class format is Hybrid, which means that the teacher always teaches the class in-person at the school, but the students are welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom. Students will also receive the class recording in case they have to miss a class or just want to review what they learned!
