7 Principles of Making Marriage Work
About this Event
Join Us for 7 Principles of Making Marriage Work!
Looking to strengthen your relationship? This event dives into the 7 core principles that help couples build a lasting bond. It is offered both in-person or online.
The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work workshop is a structured, research-based program created to help couples strengthen their connection by building the habits that actually sustain long-term relationships. Over the course of the workshop, couples learn practical tools for navigating conflict, deepening friendship, improving communication, and fostering emotional and physical closeness.
I walk you through each principle with a mix of teaching, demonstrations, and guided exercises you’ll practice privately with your partner. This isn’t group therapy, there’s no sharing personal details in front of others. It’s a focused, supportive environment where you learn the skills that healthy, resilient couples use every day, and you leave with strategies you can start applying immediately.
Throughout the workshop, couples learn concrete skills they can use right away like how to communicate without escalating, how to repair conversations when they go sideways, and how to identify the patterns that keep them stuck. You’ll practice ways to stay connected during stress, build a stronger emotional foundation, and keep friendship and appreciation at the center of your relationship. The focus is on practical, repeatable tools that make day-to-day interactions smoother and help you navigate conflict with more clarity and confidence.
This event includes 12 hours of workshop time, snacks, a copy of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, a Love Map Card Deck, and an Open-Ended Questions card deck, and two participant workbooks.
This is a great way to boost your marriage skills. Don’t miss out on this chance to grow closer and make love work!
