The 7 Principles Program is based upon the bestselling book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, by John Gottman, PhD.
Straightforward in its approach yet profound in its effect, the 7 Principles teach partners new and startling strategies for making their relationship work. For over 30 years, Dr. Gottman scientifically analyzed the habits of married couples and established a method of correcting the behaviors that puts thousands of marriages on the rocks.
The 7 Principles Program is designed for ALL couples in a committed relationship. This program will give you new insights and research-based relationship skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way!
What to expect:This class combines teaching and demonstrations with one-on-one work sessions where you and your partner focus on your relationship with each other. Confidentiality is strictly maintained. Except for a brief introduction, you will not share anything with the larger class unless you so choose.

Is this only for married couples?
All couples are welcome to attend.
Can I attend if my partner doesn't want to attend?
Unfortunately, this workshop is based on the work of a couple so both partners need to be in attendance.
Is the workshop cost per person or per couple?
The price is per couple.
Will I have to speak in front of the rest of the participants?
You and your partner will be doing some work as a couple, but that work will not be shared with the group. You will have an opportunity to practice the skills/techniques.
Is lunch provided?
No, but we will have a list of local restaurants available for you.
Cancelation Policy: If you must cancel prior to three weeks before the class date, a full refund minus a $25 processing fee will be given. For cancellations thereafter, you will receive credit good for one full year that you can use to attend a later class, but no refund will be issued.
