About this Event

Start the new chapter year with us as we welcome FPRA State President April Salter, APR, CPRC, for a special professional development luncheon on 7 Leadership Lessons to Elevate Your Career and board installation ceremony.

April Salter, APR, CPRC, is the current president of the Florida Public Relations Association. She is the founder and CEO of SalterMitchell PR, based in Tallahassee with offices in Tampa and Orlando. April is an experienced crisis and strategic communications counselor and has consulted for national organizations, state agencies and private sector CEOs. She is a two-time winner of the Dick Pope Grand All Golden Image Award and is a recipient of FPRA’s John Dillin Award, the Association’s highest honor.

During the event, April will install the incoming Volusia/Flagler Chapter Board and help us celebrate the start of another exciting year of networking, professional development, and service to the communications profession.
