✨ A creative workshop about authenticity, communication and how we show up in the world.
Sometimes we express only the parts of ourselves that feel safe, acceptable or easy to understand.
Other parts stay quiet, hidden, softened or waiting for the right space.
In this workshop, we will gently explore the difference between what we show, what we hide, and what wants more space to be expressed.
✨ This workshop is guided by the principles:
– depth without heaviness
– space without pressure
– meaning without expectation

Through guided reflection and creative exploration, we will create space to:

💬 reflect on communication, self-expression and visibility
🌿 explore what you show, hide or soften around others
🎨 create a visual reflection: What I Show / What I Hide
🤍 reflect and share in a calm, welcoming space
No artistic experience is needed.
Sharing is always optional.
