Join us for a Chakra Exploration with Meditation and Yoga Flow at The Dallas! This class will be held outside, so please be sure to bring your water bottle into addition to your mat and any other comfort items you may need for the meditation.This week, we will start by briefly reviewing the 7 chakras, then transition to our mats for a gentle yoga flow to align with each chakra's energy. Finally, I will lead you through a meditation to further awaken your chakras, one by one!
Class will be led by Amberly Deibel. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and energy healer, specializing in Polarity Therapy, Reiki, foot reflexology, and Chakra balancing. Her mission is to harmonize your mind, body, and soul, and to guide you on your self-discovery and healing journey.
